2024 subscription purchases must be used within the 2024 growing season only. Subscription purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and are PICK UP ONLY. Due to our crazy Southern Alberta weather, there is no guaranteed start date for bouquet pickup. You will be informed via email when pick up dates will begin and with specific dates for your bouquet pick up. If you are unable to make your pick up date and time, please arrange with someone to collect your bouquet on your behalf. Unclaimed or forgotten bouquets will be donated to a local care facility in the surrounding area. If unforeseeable circumstances occur, such as hail destroying the crop, and I am unable to continue filling your subscription orders, the cost of unreceived bouquets will be refunded.
